SASLI
Mission Statement:
The South Asia Summer Language Institute
(SASLI) is a formal educational collaboration of the US Department of Education-designated
Title VI National Resource Centers for South Asia in partnership with the South
Asia Language Resource Center (SALRC). SASLI is dedicated to training students,
faculty, and professionals in the languages of South Asia.

Program
fee:
The
SASLI program fee for the 8-week program is $3,100 and does
not include the cost of textbooks, or living
expenses. This does include the UW-Madison assessment
fee. SASLI
is open to undergraduates, graduate students and non-student
professionals.
SALRC:
SASLI is funded in part by
the national South
Asia Language Resource Center (SALRC) located
at the University of Chicago, through a grant provided
by the U.S. Department of Education Title VI Program.
