Job Summary
The Language Program Office is a member of the International Division at UW-Madison and is the home of the American Institute of Pakistan Studies; as well as the Wisconsin Summer Language Institutes (WISLI); Project GO at UW-Madison; the Regional Flagship Languages Initiative for Hindi, Indonesian, Turkish, and Urdu; and the RFLI Culture Initiative grant. The LPO strives to engage with, support, and foster further development of Less Commonly Taught Languages (LCTLs) through teaching, learning, and research both at UW and beyond.
Under the supervision of AIPS Leadership, some of the items that the Project Coordinator would be expected to work on include:
Manage projects under various grant agreements
Track grant expenditures and maintain budgets
Assist with compiling grant reports
