Helen Louise Allen Textile guidelines:

There is no bag or coat policy in the viewing space. There is no coat hooks where people can leave bags and coats, but it is sometimes easier for students to leave things they won’t need behind at home.

Visitors are allowed to bring in tablets or phones to take notes and photos (we just ask that no one use flash)

No food, beverage, etc. are allowed in the viewing space

Be sure not to allow hair, jewelry, or headphones to dangle over the objects during viewings; it is easier if students can tie their hair back or leave these items outside the room
